For our Bachelorette Auction Spring 2005 we had a local celebrity, Rebecca Fox of WPDE channel 13, our local TV station news reporter. Rebecca brought sunshine to our stage that day and helped raise $150.00 for the Red Cross. Bidding was hot & heavy, Rebecca was radiant and charming. She was auctioned off to the highest...prince and whisked off to the date of her dreams. Also included in the Bachelorette Auctions were Rebecca(2) & Angel our star guest contestants. You might remember Angel from our past Jamin' Bikefest celebrations, She is Jamie's beautiful daughter and well Rebecca, she can be seen on our bikini page winning the bikini contest. They were auctioned off together and made off for a pleasant evening with their Galahad. Finishing off the Bachelorette Auction we have Karen Anderson from the American Red Cross. Her Knight welcomed her to a fine steak dinner and drinks at Celebrations. We thank all of the fine ladies who graced our stage with their warmth and beauty and all the pawns who bid nd won thier queens of the evening for an enchanted fun filled time, all to benefit the American Red Cross, America What a Country!
Our Bachelor Auction was quite a mix of celebrities, locals and visiting bikers. This event was definetly something for the ladies and they came money in hand. Get ready next year ladies, come to Jamin' Leather and bid for a hot date. The excitement of the day was caused by the arrival of Marvin Latimer from Big Brother fame. He was so good we had to sell him twice. MC'd by our own super cute, John (you see him in the cow suit running around), the auction was an afffair not to be missed. Marvin took over the stage and sold himself to the crowd. His charm was all you could expect and the sex appeal overflowed the ladies. Marvin's first auction raised $185.00. The second time around we auctioned Marvin and Jamie together. The audience demanded a special showing of Jamie's appeal and at the urging of Marvin we got a grind. Keeping it in the family Jamie's daughter Angel and her friend Rebecca bid and won the double date for $100.00. Previously to that there were auctions of six other men. Matt Murdock of Myrtle Beach, SC helped raise $80.00, Uncle Vic of Myrtle Beach, SC helped raise $40.00, Roman Nowak of Los Angeles, CA helped to raise $360.00, Bryan Gates helped raise $201.00 and Eric Grzelak of Charleston, SC helped raise $55.00. The auction was quite a success and we are very thankful to all who participated. Kudo's to all of the bidders and thanks to all of the restaurants and clubs that donated dinners and drinks for the event.
